Open call: Edible flowers for the Soul

With great joy, we open the call for submissions for the annual project of Escuela Estrella Esmeralda Virtual School: a free, bilingual (English–Spanish) E-book for open distribution, dedicated to sharing knowledge related to plant wisdom.

Last year, we released “Under the Silver Light of Artemisia: Magic and Medicine with the Artemisias, Guardians of Women,” a project in which 12 women participated, and which is available for download here

This year, we want to dedicate our book to Edible Flowers, sacred portals of plant intelligence in its highest expression.

We extend the call to:

herbalists, practitioners of the Magickal Arts, healers, parteras, permaculturists, cooks, medicine women and men, botanical artists, illustrators, and all those who hold knowledge of edible flowers.

What kind of information can you share?

Dedicate your article or contribution to a single specific topic, where you may include:

  • One particular edible flower

  • A project dedicated to edible flowers

  • Personal experiences

  • Formulas, rituals, or recipes

  • Specialized information

  • An article focused on flower medicine (for example, vibrational flower medicine)

  • Ancestral applications

  • Storytelling

  • Illustrations, sigils, photographs

  • Meditations

Once your participation is accepted, you may begin preparing your material and send it before the deadline in Word format.

Important:
